The apartment must be left free of all waste and the cooking area, kitchen equipment and refrigerator must be left clean.
A penalty fee will be charged if apartments are not cleaned prior to departure.
Apartments are available after 17:00 hours on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 09:00 hours on the day of departure.
No refund is due in the event of late arrival or early departure.
Failure to occupy the apartment by 24:00 hours on the day of arrival without notification constitutes a no-show, and the full amount will be charged.
The number of people occupying the apartment must not exceed the number of beds.
A deposit of 30% of the cost of the stay is payable within no more than 5 days after confirmation of the booking.
